Sorbet margarita aux framboises

Ingrédients

  • 1 paquet (600 g) de framboises, surgelées, environ 1,5 litre (6 tasses)
  • 50 g (1/4 tasse) de sucre
  • 2 oz (1/4 tasse) de tequila
  • 2 c. à soupe de jus de lime
  • Feuilles de menthe fraîche (facultatif)

Préparation

  1. Au robot culinaire, mixer les framboises surgelées avec le sucre, la tequila et le jus de lime jusqu'à ce que le mélange ait une apparence crémeuse, environ 5 minutes - racler les parois du robot au besoin. À l'aide d'une cuillère, mettre une boule de ce sorbet dans 6 verres à martini. Garnir de feuilles de menthe, si désiré.
