Ingrédients

  • 2/3 tasse ( 150 ml ) étoiles CATELLI®
  • 8 tasses ( 2 l ) bouillon de poulet maison ou du commerce
  • 1 carotte, tranchée finement ou coupée en petits dés
  • 1 tasse ( 250 ml ) poulet cuit, haché en dés
  • 1 tasse ( 250 ml ) céleri, tranché
  • 2 c. à table ( 30 ml ) persil frais, haché

Préparation

  1. Porter le bouillon à ébullition; ajouter la carotte, le poulet, le céleri et les étoiles. Laisser mijoter, en remuant de temps à autre de 8 à 10 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que les pâtes soient tendres; incorporer le persil.
