Ingrédients

  • 4 poires - fraîches ou en conserve - pelées et coupées en petits mcx
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de cassonade
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de flocons d'avoine
  • 50 ml (1/4 tasse) de farine tout usage
  • 75 g (1/3 tasse) de beurre non salé, à température ambiante

Préparation

  1. Étendre les poires dans un moule de 20 cm (8 po), beurré. Réserver.
  2. Mélanger le beurre avec la cassonade. Incorporer les flocons d'avoine et la farine. Recouvrir de ce mélange les morceaux de poires.
  3. Cuire au four à 190°C (375°F) jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit doré, de 20 à 25 minutes.
