Ingrédients

  • 1 sachet mélange à soupe Oignon Knorr® Lipton®
  • 2 oeufs, battus
  • 125 mL (1/2 tasse) ketchup
  • 125 mL (1/2 tasse) chapelure fine
  • 1 kg (2 lb) boeuf haché maigre

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le four à 350 °F (180 °C). Combiner le mélange à soupe Oignon Knorr® Lipton®, les oeufs, le ketchup et la chapelure. Ajouter le boeuf haché et bien mélanger le tout. Façonner dans un moule à pain de 9 po x 5 po (2L). Cuire au four 70 minutes.
