Ingrédients

  • 4 filets de saumon surgelé High Liner décongelés
  • 65 ml (1/4 tasse) pesto au basilic Fontaine Santé
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) amandes émincées
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) fromage parmesan râpé

Préparation

  1. Préchauffer le four à 450°F. Éponger le poisson dans un linge propre ou un papier absorbant. Garnir chaque filet de pesto et saupoudrer de parmesan. Garnir d'amande et presser pour bien faire adhérer au poisson.
  2. Cuire environ 10 minutes. Servir avec du riz et un légume vert.
