Ingrédients

  • 15ml (1 c. à soupe) de moutarde à l'ancienne
  • 80ml (1/3 tasse) de noix de Grenoble hachées
  • 45ml (3 c. à soupe) de ciboulette fraîche hachée
  • 1 sac de julienne de betteraves SALADEXPRESS
  • 2 endives

Préparation

  1. Dans un saladier, fouetter la moutarde avec l'huile et le jus de citron. Ajouter les noix, la ciboulette et les juliennes de betteraves dans le saladier. Saler et poivrer. Remuer, Répartir les feuilles d'endives dans les assiettes, garnir chacune des portions de salade de betteraves
