Ingrédients

  • 6 pommes, pelées, en tranches2/3 tasse
  • (170 ml) sirop d'érable3/4 tasse
  • (190 ml) farine3/4 tasse
  • (190 ml) gruau1/2 tasse
  • (125 ml) cassonade
  • pincée sel
  • 1/2 tasse (125 ml) beurre

Préparation

  1. Disposer les pommes dans un plat de 8 pouces (20 cm) carré, allant au four.Verser le sirop d'érable sur le pommes. Mélanger la farine, le gruau, la cassonade, le sel et le beurre jusqu'à ce que le mélange ait la consistance d'une chapelure.
  2. Saupoudrer les pommes de ce mélange. Cuire au four 35 minutes à 375° (190°). Ne pas couvrir.
