Ingrédients

  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) pesto de basilic
  • 15 ml (1 c. à soupe) houmous
  • 1 petit ciabatta aux olives
  • 75 g (2½ oz) provolone en tranche
  • 125 ml (½ tasse) jeunes épinards frais
  • 60 ml (¼ tasse) poivrons rouges grillés, en lanières
  • 60 ml (¼ tasse) courgettes tranchées finement dans le sens de la longueur

Préparation

  1. Étendre le pesto et l'houmous sur le pain, puis étager tous les ingrédients avant de refermer le sandwich.

* Il est possible de remplacer le houmous par du baba gannouj et le ciabatta aux olives par un ciabatta aux herbes de Provence.
