Ingrédients

  • 3/4 à 1 1/4 tasse de whisky irlandais
  • 4 à 8 c. à café de sucre
  • Crème fouettée, au goût
  • Café fort

Préparation

  1. Réchauffer de grandes tasses à café dans l'eau chaude. Verser dans chacune des tasses le whisky. Ajouter le sucre.
  2. Remplir de café fort. Déposer une grosse cuillère de crème fouettée sur le dessus. Ne pas mélanger. Servir.
