Ingrédients

  • 2 litres (8 tasses) d'eau
  • Le zeste râpé et le jus de 2 limes
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) de sucre
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de thé vert
  • 1 lime, tranchée

Préparation

  1. Dans une casserole, porter à ébullition 1 litre (4 tasses) d'eau, le zeste et le sucre. Retirer du feu. Ajouter le thé et laisser infuser 5 minutes. Passer au tamis fin. Ajouter le reste de l'eau et le jus de lime. Verser dans un pichet et réfrigérer 4 heures ou plus. Servir avec des tranches de lime.
