Ingrédients

  • 3 oeufs
  • 2/3 tasse de sucre ou ¾ plus sucré
  • 1-¼ tasse de farine
  • 1/3 tasse de lait
  • 2 c à thé de poudre à pâte
  • jus d'un citron
  • zeste d'un citron
  • ½ tasse de beurre fondu

Préparation

  1. Fouetter les oeufs et le sucre, ajouter le lait, les zestes et le jus de citron. Ajouter les ingrédients secs tamiser, bien battre. Ajouter le beurre fondu et refroidi.
  2. Mettre au frais 15 minutes. Bien graisser les moules. Enfourner dans un four très chaud 450° et baisser à 400° cuire 10 minutes et démouler.
