Ingrédients

  • Chips de tortillas
  • 1 tasse de farce de viande
  • 4 oz de chorizo portugais en julienne
  • 1/2 tasse de fromage mahon
  • 4 oignons verts grillés
  • Poivre en grains
  • Quartiers de lime

Préparation

  1. Dans des petits ramequins, alterner les chips de tortillas, la farce de viande, le fromage et le chorizo.
  2. Mettre au four à broil jusqu'à ce que le fromage soit fondu et légèrement coloré. Garnir avec les oignons verts et les quartiers de lime.
