Bâtonnets de poulet

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 lb de poitrines de poulet, sans os et sans peau
  • mayonnaise légère
  • chips BBQ écrasées

Préparation

  1. Foncer une rôtissoire de papier d'aluminium et y déposer une grille. Trancher chaque poitrine en 5 longues lanières. Les enrober de mayonnaise et les roulés dans les chips.
  2. Déposer sur la grille et cuire au four à 400 F. 15 min.
  3. Retourner et continuer jusqu'à doré et croustillant, de 10 à 15 minutes.
