Ingrédients

  • 1 L 4 tassesmorceaux de fruits (cantaloup, raisins, prunes, oranges, ananas, nectarines?)
  • MARINADE
  • 250 ml1 tassejus d'orange
  • 250 ml1 tassejus de pamplemousse ou de limette
  • 75 ml1/3 tassemiel
  • 45 ml3 c. à soupementhe fraîche hachée (ou 10 ml de menthe séchée)
  • 250 ml1 tasseyogourt Activia à la vanille

Préparation

  1. Enfiler les fruits sur des brochettes de bambou.Mélanger les ingrédients de la marinade et faire mariner les morceaux de fruits au moins 1 heure au frigo.
  2. Servir les brochettes avec le reste de la marinade, mélangée avec le yogourt Activia à la vanille.
