Ingrédients

  • 4 betteraves rouges
  • 2 c. à soupe (30 mL) huile de noix du Périgord
  • 2 c. à thé (10 mL) vinaigre de vin rouge
  • 1 c. à soupe (15 mL) ciboulette ciselée
  • Au goût sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Éplucher les betteraves crues et les râper à l'aide d'une râpe à gros trous.
  2. Mélanger l'huile, le vinaigre, le sel et le poivre dans un bol. Répartir la sauce sur les betteraves et parsemer de ciboulette.
