Ingrédient

  • 1/2 tasse de graisse
  • 3/4 tasse de sucre
  • 1 tasse de crème
  • 1 1/2 tasse de farine
  • 1 c. à soupe de poudre à pâte
  • 1/2 c. à thé de sel

Préparation

  1. Crémer la graisse et le sucre. Tamiser la farine, la poudre à pâte, et le sel, mélanger .
  2. Battre quelques minutes, déposer par cuillerée sur une tôle à biscuits, graissée. Cuire à 400°F. pour 10 minutes environ.

Toujours cuire les biscuits sur la gril supérieur.
