Ingredients

  • 250 ml of hot coffee (1 cup)
  • 30 ml of alcohol of choice (brandy, whiskey, brandy, etc.). (1 oz)
  • 15 ml of maple syrup (1 tbsp.)
  • 80 ml of warm milk (1/3 cup)
  • Whipped sweetened maple cream
  • Maple sugar

Preparation

  1. In a large cup, pour the hot coffee,add alcohol.
  2. Add coffee, maple syrup and warm milk.
  3. Garnish with whipped cream sprinkled with maple sugar.
