Ingredients
- 3 cups rotini or other pasta
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 medium onion, cut in thin strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cans Aylmer Accents Italian Stewed Tomatoes (540 mL each)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Sauté vegetables for 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese, serve tossed with hot cooked rotini.
