- Pour accompagner un poisson grillé ou roti au four.
Préparation
- On fait chauffer environ 1/4 de tasse de vin blanc avec 1/2 tasse de crème.
- On ajoute une botte de coriandre fraâiche hachée grossièrement.
- On passe au pied mélangeur, on laisse réduire pour obtenir une belle consistance.
