Ingrédients

  • Pour accompagner un poisson grillé ou roti au four.

Préparation

  1. On fait chauffer environ 1/4 de tasse de vin blanc avec 1/2 tasse de crème.
  2. On ajoute une botte de coriandre fraâiche hachée grossièrement.
  3. On passe au pied mélangeur, on laisse réduire pour obtenir une belle consistance.
