Ingrédients
- 1 1/2 pounds Extra Lean Ground Beef
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup oatmeal quick cooking
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup carrots finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 large eggs

- 1 can Aylmer Cream of Mushroom
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
Préparation
- Heat oven 350F.Grease one meat loaf pan.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour in meatloaf pan, cover with aluminium paper. Heat in oven 40 minutes, uncover and continue to heat another 30 minutes or until the top of meat is grilled.
- Cut the meatloaf in thick slices, cover with the sauce and serve.

- Prepare the sauce:Pour the can of soup in a non-stick skillet, heat over medium-high stirring, gradually add milk and mustard while stirring, cook until the mixture is hot.
