Ingrédients
- 2 cans Aylmer Consommé
- 1 can Water
- 4 pounds Spare Ribs
Marinade
- 1/2 cup Chili Sauce
- 1/3 cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 cup Apricot Jam
Préparation
- Boil ribs in the Aylmer Beef Consommé & water about 45 minutes.Remove from heat and strained Deposit on a cooking pan.
- Cook in oven 350F for 1 hour or on Bar B Q until golden.
Marinade
- Marinade: Mix all ingredients and let the meat in marinade at least for 2 hours.
