Ingrédients

  • 20 g de blanc de poulet cru
  • 4 feuilles de laitue
  • 30 g de carottes
  • 30 g de navet
  • 50 g de courgettes
  • 3 cuillères à soupe de lait concentré, 30 ml d'eau

Préparation

  1. Bien laver les légumes et les éplucher.
  2. Couper la carotte, le navet et la courgette en rondelles.
  3. Ciseler les feuilles de laitue.
  4. Mettre le tout à cuire sur feu doux pendant 35 mn.
  5. A mi-cuisson, ajouter le blanc de poulet coupé en petits morceaux.
  6. Laisser tiédir et mixer.
  7. Incorporer le lait et chauffer à température.
