Ingrédients

  • 1 patate douce, pelée et coupée en morceaux
  • 1 c. à soupe de lait pour bébés ou de l'eau (mieux pour
  • congélation)
  • 1/4 c. thé de cannelle moulue

Préparation

  1. Couvrez la patate d'eau, portez à ébullition et faites mijoter environ 30 minutes, pour attendrir.
  2. Égoutez, ajoutez lait et cannelle, puis réduisez en purée.
