Ingrédients

  • 4 filets de doré de grandeur moyenne
  • 1 c. à table de persil frais haché
  • 2 grosses tomates coupées en tranches
  • ¼ tasse de vin blanc
  • 3 gousses d'ail écrasées
  • 4 c. à table de beurre
  • sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Placer les filets de poisson, la peau vers le bas dans un plat allant au four. Saler, poivrer et parsemer de persi
  2. Placer les tomates sur les filets. Arroser de vin et ajouter l'ail. Cuire au four à 375°F pendant 15 minutes. Servir.
