Truite saumonnée au teriyaki

Ingrédients

  • 2 filets de truite saumonnée
  • 2 oignons verts, coupés en rondelles, en biais
  • 1 c à soupe de beurre
  • 1 c à soupe de sauce teriyaki
  • 1/2 c à thé d'herbes de provence
  • Jus de limette
  • Sel et poivre

Préparation

  1. Beurrer un plat à rôtir et y mettre le poisson. Ajouter oignons verts, beurre, sauce teriyaki et herbes de provence. Arroser de jus de limette, saler et poivrer. Cuire 6 minutes au four préchauffé (Broil). Si désiré, accompagner les filets d'une fondue de tomates.
