Ingrédients

  • 1 navet
  • 1/2 c à thé de sucre
  • 1 c à soupe de crème
  • 2 c à soupe de beurre
  • Sel et poivre au goût
  • ! pincée de sarriette
  • Persil émincé

Préparation

  1. Laver et peler le navet, couper en tranches minces.Faire bouillir dans l'eau additionné de sucre (Égoutter).
  2. Ajouter les autres ingrédients, assaisonner au goût et mettre en purée.
