Ingrédients

  • 2 oeufs
  • 1/2 tasse de farine tout usage
  • 1 c. à thé de sel
  • 1 c. à thé de fécule de maïs
  • 1/2 c. à thé de sucre (facultatif)
  • 4 c. à thé d'eau froide

Préparation

  1. Battre les oeufs à la fourchette.
  2. Ajouter les autres ingrédients; mélanger à la fourchette, sans battre.
  3. Laisser reposer 10 minutes.

Cook commentary

Cette pâte peut servir pour enrober le poulet, le poisson, les boulettes de viande ,etc.
