Ingrédients

  • 6 oeufs durs, hachés
  • 6 petits cornichons sucrés hachés
  • 1-1/2 c. à thé moutarde préparée
  • 1/2 c à thé sel d'oignon (ou) 2 échalottes en dés fins.
  • Une pincée de paprika
  • 6 c. à table de mayonnaise
  • Sel et poivre au goût

Préparation

  1. Écraser grossièrement au pilon à pommes de terre les oeufs durs et incorporer le reste des ingrédients. Goûter et assaisonner de sel et de poivre
