Ingrédients

  • 4 tasses de rhubarbe en cubes
  • 7 tasses de sucre 1 citron
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 tasse d'eau
  • 1/8 c. à thé de soda
  • 1/2 bouteille de Certo

Préparation

  1. Enlever le jus des citrons et oranges.
  2. Passer les pelures au hachoir.
  3. Mettre au feu avec la 1/2 tasse d'eau et jouter le soda au point d'ébullition et cuire ensuite à feu doux pendant 30 minutes.
  4. Verser sur la rhubarbe.
  5. Bien mélanger avec le sucre et bouillir quelques minutes à gros bouillons.
  6. Ajouter le Certo en dernier et empoter
