Ingrédients

  • 18 à 20 pêches
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 citron
  • 1 pot de cerise (250 ml)
  • 6 tasses de sucre

Préparation

  1. Blanchir les pêches 3 minutes(6 à la fois)
  2. Les mettre dans l'eau froide. éplucher et couper en très petits cubes (pêche, orange, citron et cerise)
  3. Mettre le tout dans un chaudron, ajouter le sucre et porter à l'ébullition et cuire 30 minutes.
  4. Entre-temps, stériliser les pots de conserve et les empoter. Remiser dans un endroit sombre et frais.
