Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de rhubarbe en cubes
  • 1 tasse de pommes en cubes
  • 1 tasse de sucre
  • 1/2 c à table de zeste d'orange
  • 2 c à table d'eau

Préparation

  1. Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un chaudron, couvrir et mijoter de 20 à 25 min en brassant de temps en temps.
  2. Lorsque c'est cuit, ajouter un petit paquet de gélatine aux fraises et bien mélanger.

Cook commentary

Se congèle bien.
On peut remplacer les pommes par d'autres fruits comme des fraises.
