Sauce au raisin (pour Jambon)

Ingrédients

  • 1/3 tasse de cassonade
  • 1 tasse d'eau
  • 1 c à thé de beurre
  • 3 c à table de raisins sec
  • 2 c à table de vinaigre
  • 1 c à table de moutarde
  • 1 c à thé de farine
  • 2 ou 3 c à table de gelée de gadelle ou autre.

Préparation

  1. Ajouter la cassonade à 1 tasse d'eau, faire bouillir 2 ou 3 minutes. Incorporer les autres ingrédients. Brasser jusqu'à ce que la gelée soit dissoute et servir.
