Ingrédient

  • 2 filets d'anchois (facultatif)
  • 2 oignons verts hachés
  • 1 grosse tomate en petits cubes
  • 1 gousse d'ail émincée
  • ¼ tasse vin rouge ou bouillon de boeuf
  • ½ tasse sauce brune
  • 1 pincée d'origan

Préparation

  1. Faire sauter les anchois et les légumes dans un peu de beurre.
  2. Déglacer avec le vin rouge et laisser réduire de moitié.
  3. Ajouter la sauce brune et l'origan.
