Ingrédients

  • 3 c. à soupe (45 ml) beurre
  • 1/2 tasse (125 ml) sucre granulé
  • 1/4 tasse (60 ml) eau

Préparation

  1. Dans une petite casserole, faire revenir le beurre et le sucre 2 minutes en brassant régulièrement.
  2. Incorporer líeau et porter à ébullition en brassant. Baisser le feu et laisser mijoter jusquíà l'obtention d'un sirop onctueux et doré. Retirer du feu et réserver.
