Sauce au caramel 3

Ingrédients

  • 1 chopine de crème 35% (500ml)
  • 4 1/2 tasses de cassonade
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 1 boîte de Eagle Brand
  • 2 tasses de sirop de maïs
  • 1 c. à thé vanille

Préparation

  1. Mélanger la crème, la cassonade et le sel.
  2. Amener à l'ébullition sur feu doux et laisser mijoter 5 minutes (pas plus!) en brassant continuellement.
  3. Retirer du feu. et ajouter la boîte de lait Eagle Brand, le sirop de maïs et la vanille.
