Ingrédients

  • 1/4 tasse (65 ml) d'eau
  • 1/4 tasse (65 g) de fécule de maïs
  • 1 tasse (250 ml) de crème 35%
  • 1-2/3 tasse (420 ml) de sirop d'érable

Préparation

  1. Pour la sauce à l'érable, mélanger les ingrédients et cuire 10 minutes au micro-ondes en brassant aux 2 minutes. La sauce se garde au frigo environ une semaine

Cook commentary

On le sert chaud sur le gâteau.
L'idée de servir ce coulis sur des chaussons aux pommes, c'est super.
