Ingrédients

  • 8 tasses de rhubarbe coupée en petits morceaux ( 2 L ) ou ( 2 pintes )
  • 4 tasses d' oignons hachés fin ( 1 L ) ou ( 1 pinte )
  • 2 tasses de vinaigre ( 1/2 L ) ou ( 1 Chopine )
  • 4 tasses de cassonade ( 1 L ) ou ( 1 pinte )
  • 1 c. à thé de paprika ( 5 ml )
  • 1 c. à thé de cannelle ( 5 ml )
  • 1/2 c. à thé d' essence de clou de girofle
  • 2 c. à thé de sel fin ( 10 ml )

Préparation

  1. Faire bouillir le tout 1 heure à découvert et brasser souvent. Mettre dans des pots stérilisés et chauds, bien sceller.
