Ingrédients

  • 12 oeufs
  • 3 tasses de vinaigre blanc
  • 1-1/2 tasse d'eau
  • 1-1/2 c à thé de sel
  • 1 c à thé de grains de poivre
  • 2 c à thé d'épices mélangées pour marinades dans un cotton fromage noué (on peut omettre les épices)

Préparation

  1. Préparer les oeufs cuits durs; les recouvrir immédiatement d'eau froide.
  2. Mélanger les ingrédients qui restent, amener à l'ébullition et laisser mijoter 10 minutes; laisser refroidir.
  3. Écaler les oeufs et les mettre dans des bocaux stérilisés. Verser le vinaigre refroidi par-dessus et sceller.
