  • 3 à 4 gousses d'ail, entières
  • 1/2 tasse d'huile d'olive

Préparation

  1. Peler les gousses d'ail et mettre dans un petit bocal ou une petite bouteille en verre.
  2. Versez l'huile puis couvrir.

Cette huile se conserve jusqu'à un mois au réfrigérateur.
