Ingrédients

  • 1.5 kg de framboises
  • 1 Litre de vinaigre blanc

Préparation

  1. Dans un bocal assez grand, mettre 1,5 kg de framboises
  2. Ajouter 1 litre de vinaigre blanc et couvrir.
  3. Après 10 jours de macération, filtrer.
