Ingrédients

  • 500 mL [2 tasses] de fraises
  • 80 mL [1/3 de tasse] de jus de pomme
  • 45 mL [3 c. à table] sucre blanc granulé

Préparation

  1. Mettre les fraises dans un robot culinaire avec le jus de pomme et le sucre; réduire en purée.
  2. Verser dans une casserole, faire mijoter à feu doux jusqu'à ce que la sauce épaississe. Presser dans un tamis, au-dessus d'un bol.

Donne 2 tasses
Servir sur des fruits frais, des crêpes, de la crème glacée.
