Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de beurre
  • 1 tasse de sirop d'érable
  • 1 tasse de sirop de maïs
  • 1 tasse de sucre brun
  • 1 tasse de crème 35%
  • 1 c. à thé de vanille

Préparation

  1. Mélanger les 4 premiers ingrédients dans un chaudron.
  2. Faire bouillir à gros bouillons, en brassant continuellement[20 minutes]Retirer du feu.
  3. Ajouter la crème, la vanille; bien brasser avec un fouet. Laisser refroidir et conserver au froid
