Caramel à tartiner

Ingrédients

  • 2 tasses de cassonade
  • 2 tasses de sirop de mais
  • 1/2 lb. de beurre
  • 1 bte. de lait Eagle brand

Préparation

  1. Dans une casserole, mettre cassonade, sirop de mais et le beurre. Amener à l'ébulition et bouillir; 2 minutes est suffisant Retirer du feu et ajouter le lait Eagle Brand, bien mélanger. Refroidir à la température de la pièce

Quand le caramel refroidi ça épaissi, ne pas laisser cuire plus de 2 minutes.
