Ingrédients

  • 6 a 8 pommes, pelées et hachées
  • 1 gros ananas pelé et hacbé
  • 1 tasse de jus de pomme
  • 1 tasse de jus ananas ou eau
  • 21/2 tasse de sucre (moi 2 tasse faible)
  • 1 sachet de pectine de fruit (moi 1/2)

Préparation

  1. Cuire le tout environ 45 minutes.
  2. Ajouter le sachet de pectine et ajouter 10 minutes de cuisson.
  3. Empoter dans des pots stérilisés chauds.
