Ingrédients

  • 6 gros piments rouges
  • 1 tasse de vinaigre blanc
  • 3 pommes pelées
  • 1/2 c. thé de gingembre moulu
  • 1- 1/2 citron en rondelles épaisses
  • 3 tasses de sucre

Préparation

  1. Hacher grossièrement les poivrons et mettre dans le contenant du robot et pulser pour hacher très finement.
  2. Dans une casserole, mettre les morceaux et ajouter citrons, vinaigre et gingembre et cuire 13 minutes à feu moyen/fort
  3. Retirer le citron, ajouter le sucre et cuire encore 10 minutes. Mettre dans bocaux stérilisés, chauds et sceller
