Cretons des Ursulines de Québec

Ingrédients

  • 3 lbs de porc frais haché,
  • 2 oignons,
  • 1 c à thé de cannelle,
  • 1 clou de girofle, râpé
  • 1 c à soupe de sel

Préparation

  1. Incorporer les oignons émincés au lard haché. Faire cuire le même poids d'eau que la viande. Ajouter le sel et laisser cuire pendant 1h30, jusqu'à ce que la graisse monte à la surface.
  2. Ajouter la cannelle et un clou de girofle râpé. Retirer du feu et verser dans des bols. Ne servir que très froid.
