Ingrédients

  • 1 c. à soupe gingembre
  • 1 c. à thé clou de girofle
  • 1 c. à thé graines de fenouil
  • 1 c. à thé poivre de séchouan
  • 1 c. à thé cannelle

Préparation

  1. Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans un petit bol et conservez-les peu de temps dans une boite hermétique.

Notes: entre le gingembre qui exhausse le goût, le clou de girofle, qui aseptise et conserve, le poivre qui ouvre l'appétit, la cannelle et le fenouil, qui contribuent à l'arôme, tant sur le plan gastronomique que diététique.
