Moutarde forte

Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse de vinaigre
  • 1 tasse de moutarde sèche
  • 3 c. à soupe de sucre
  • ½ c. à thé de sel
  • ½ c. à thé de poivre
  • 2 oeufs
  • 3 gousses d'ail
  • 3 oignons moyens

Préparation

  1. Laisser tremper vinaigre, ail, oignons et sucre toute une nuit.
  2. Couler au tamis.
  3. Mettre les autres ingrédients et cuire à feu doux jusqu'à épaississement.
  4. Mettre en pots et laisser reposer puis réfrigérer.
