Sauce pour rouleaux impériaux 2

Ingrédients

  • 1 tasse d'eau
  • ½ tasse de sucre
  • ½ tasse de vinaigre de riz
  • 5 à 6 cuillères à soupe de sauce de poisson
  • Un peu de sambal oelek (Sauce de piment ½ c. à thé à la fois)
  • 1 gousse d'ail

Préparation

  1. Faire mijoter 10 minutes et refroidir.

Cook commentary

Se garde 3 à 4 mois au frigo si on ne met pas de carottes râpées, si on désire en mettre, les ajouter seulement au moment de servir car ça se conserve moins longtemps.
