Sauce diable

Ingrédients

  • 50 mL huile d'olive
  • 3 gousses d'ail hachées finement
  • 1 oignon moyen haché finement
  • 5 mL fécule de maïs Benson ou Canada
  • 50 mL condiments coupés et marinés
  • 30 mL vinaigre
  • 125 mL ketchup
  • 75 mL sauce Worcestershire
  • 2 mL sel
  • 5 mL moutarde sèche
  • 1,5 mL sauce Tabasco
  • 5 mL câpres (facultatif)

Préparation

  1. Sauter l'ail et l'oignon hachés dans l'huile maïs jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient seulement ramollis.
  2. Ajouter la fécule de maïs et cuire pendant 1 minute. Ajouter les condiments coupés et marinés, le vinaigre, le ketchup et la sauce Worcestershire. Porter à ébullition puis ajouter le reste des ingrédients.
